css_enhanced_waf/utils/symbolstoreupdate

The C++ version of the updater has been replaced by the perl script. 

The perl script is attached to a Perforce trigger. 

Check 'p4 triggers' to see the installed triggers. 

This trigger should be attached using a change-commit type trigger.
